AI Systems and EU AI Act Alignment
Xipp.ai provides AI-powered tools intended to support hiring and talent decision-making.
- AI systems are designed to assist, not replace, human decision-makers.
- Final hiring or employment decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user.
- Xipp.ai supports transparency, explainability, human oversight, and auditability for AI systems used in employment contexts, consistent with the EU AI Act's requirements for high-risk AI systems.
Users are responsible for ensuring appropriate human review and lawful use of AI outputs.
Service Availability
Xipp.ai aims to provide reliable Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Service interruptions may occur due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Technical updates or upgrades
- Events beyond Xipp.ai's reasonable control
Intellectual Property
All software, AI models, algorithms, designs, trademarks, documentation, and content associated with Xipp.ai are the exclusive property of Xipp.ai or its licensors.
